This cake was done VERY QUICKLY! I only had a limited amount of time to put it together so it wasn't near what I wanted to do. But for a short amount of time, it turned our rather well.
My little brother is a snowboarder. So for his birthday I wanted to make a cake just for him.
When I baked the cake, I put them on a slant in the oven so I wouldn't have to carve the cake. This helped make the perfect slope!
Then I added the frosting. I used a star tip for the sides of the cake. I cut rice crispy treats to make the ski lift and frosted it.
Easy, simple and quick.
But the best part of the cake was eating it! :0)
